When was the last time mcilroy actually competed for a title on a Sunday? I don't mean having a great round when he's already out of contention and finishing in the top ten or whatever. Been a while

Was it this?

The last time Rory McIlroy won a PGA Tour event was the 2019 WGC HSBC Champions in China in November 2019. McIlroy won in a playoff over Xander Schauffele

Lee Westwood did ok with the missus on the bag and probably should have took it to a playoff.
