I think what deiseach means (apart from the shameless cashing in on 9/11, I saw a bit of the Republican Candidates debate from S.C. yesterday, God help us) is that the title 'A vision for our future' is overlaid on top of devestated buildings and destruction. Hardly a great 'Vision for our future'
