Responsive Simple Machines theme

Have any of the mods ever looked into installing a responsive theme for the board to make reading and navigating the site a bit more user friendly on a mobile device?

I'm not that familiar with the Simple Machines setup but I believe a few exist. How good they are might be a different story but just curious to see if anyone has ever looked into this.
