Went to see David O'Doherty on Saturday night and thought he was absolutely brilliant!!

What I don't understand is why there were only 100 people there. . . is Strabane that bad people wouldn't even go there to see a top comedian?!!

Who was that then, was O'Doherty the warm up act?

Meh! O'Doherty is excellent!

Id agree..he is a funny man alright. Quare steam

I find her sketches very hit and miss. She was on Graham Norton a couple of months ago and I didn't find hey particularly funny.

She's much better doing standup than she is with tv sketches.  I'd seen several of her standup routines and was very disappointed with her tv show.

Can't go wrong with a bit of Lee Evans
You can forget about Sean Cavanagh as far as he's a man!

Do you understand how you'd feel if you lost control of your bowels in your sleep?

Seen Kevin Bridges in Derry last month, was top quality, can deal with most of the things the crowd throw at him but think a girl on the thurs night took it too far, wasn't funny and had to be removed. Best thing about him is he gets our humour and played on it very well.

I don't get that, you pay good money to go and watch a comedian and then act such a bollix that you have to be removed maybe belongs in the WTF thread.

Have to say I find Lee Evans possibly the unfunniest so-called comedian around at the minute.
Just do not find him even remotely funny.
I saw Kevin Bridges a few weeks ago & thought he was excellent.

I saw Tommy Tiernan cutting the socks off some girl who had heckled him at a show about 10 years ago. It was a brilliant put down which I can't remember anymore :-) but in true Tommy fashion he returned to her several times during the night to the stage where it actually got a bit OTT and embarrassing
