I thought it odd that nobody, so far, has bothered to start a threadabout the Munster final so I decided to step into the breach. TBH, I know as little about this game as the average Gaaboard fan, judging by the overwhelming sound of silence so far.
I've two questions for anyone who bothers to read this thread:
1. How do you think will be crowned Munster champions next Sunday evening?
2. Are you bothered by the result, one way or t'other?

Cork probably favourites but not by much. Tipp have the forwards to hurt them. Cork probably more likely to run Mayo close in the semi.

Will probably support Tipp for no other reason than it would be great for them to win on the 100th anniversary of bloody sunday.

Cork.
No.

;D you would be if Roscommon were any good.

It's a bit of an unknown to me - Cork probably will win it as I think the Kerry win will have brought them on a bit I imagine. On the weekend of the 100th anniversary of the original Bloody Sunday Tipp might spur themselves on to do their forefathers jersey justice and summon up a football feast too though.

Not being in the same division as either this year I haven't followed any of their results. Cork beating Kerry being the obvious exception. I think that result will boost cork and they will win. With it being the 100th anniversary of Bloody Sunday, almost to the day, I'd like to see Tipp win but things like that don't happen in sport.....

Cork 3-13 Tipperary 0-21 in league meeting in February,  by all accounts a win Tipp left behind them and they have a stronger team/panel on paper now but their current form is inconsistent from beating a decent Clare comfortably to needing extra time to overcome Limerick. Game that could easily have went to penalties.

Tipperary haven't won a senior Munster title since 1935 (beating Cork in the final) more relevant to now Tipp won Munster minor titles 2012, 2013 and U21 Munster titles 2010, 2015 with plenty of the current Tipp seniors that would have played in those four successful underage teams.

Cork should win, would be some kick in the teeth if they didn't build on the win against Kerry. 2012 since they won a Munster senior title, back then we had a Donegal v Mayo AI final history to repeat itself?

Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Couldn't Tipp be allowed proceed to the All Ireland to commemorate Bloody Sunday? Surely Cork would want to do that?

Where has Josh Keane gone to? No Jack Kennedy either.

Those retro Tipp jersies look really well and Tipp have started well.

Dessie Dolan again, seriously RTÉ?

GaillimhIarthair

Maurice Deegan is a very poor ref - couple of very debatable frees there to Cork in the first 15 mins.

Blowitupref

17 mins gone (water break) 0-5 each.
