Hearing stuff was said thats truly disgusting but going nuclear will not justify anything

I obviously depends on what is being said.

There's been a few one punch deaths recently, this is what can happen

Quote from: Milltown Row2 on September 30, 2023, 01:11:11 AMChange the mindset, I've lived in Ireland all my life. The borders have always been someone else's.

How much different will your life be? When it happens, brilliant, but if you are in your 40's/50's now, that Ireland you are searching for will be entirely different.

The border is now very real in terms of investment, job opportunities for kids, health and education.

We're at the mercy of the most right wing, gaslighting Tory government since Thatcher who openly don't give a flying fúck about this place and are happy that we've got the DUP to fúck us over evermore.
The damage they've done will take a generation to correct.

And the government in Dublin are doing a great job?

The Dublin government is middling, there is room for improvement but they will not be noted in history in the way that the present London government will be.

Yep, all Tory governments have been self serving Cnuts..

My point is, I'm Irish the physical border won't change that.

Was there ever an effort by the Irish governments to unite Ireland really?

Also was there ever a view at the time of partition, that all nationalist/republicans would collectively leave the north after it became clear that they were being shafted by both sides?

Quote from: Milltown Row2 on October 02, 2023, 03:57:02 PMthe verbal attacks from grown men, fathers/grandfathers and women! Mothers of kids squealing nonsense, its embarrassing

I gave you a response and it wasn't good enough, then mentioned that there is not a match/appointment that goes by without a debate on the ref.

And if you are going on about 'clicks' a lot then at least spell it correctly clique

The paranoia must be keeping you up at night  ;)

I know for a fact Scremer didn't turn down a game do you know if the other's did

As for Burns he is as much of a Belfast man as any up there #click

Gives an answer, and never good enough... rolls eyes

There's not a match that goes by were the ref is not a topic for debate, go to a neutral game and listen to the verbal attacks from grown men, fathers/grandfathers and women! Mothers of kids squealing nonsense, its embarrassing

Ballyhale were not big big fav's, 4/7 or slightly worse in places so this was always going to be a tighter game.

Be interesting to see if they have much more in the tank

Ballygunner for me so far from what I've seen

Quote from: Would ye whist on October 02, 2023, 10:39:41 AMShall we assume the SW ref's turned down reffing one of the finals this weekend??

Which?

Are they bad appointments? Also referee's are not always available, and not surprising to see ref's turn down games plus an Antrim man doing the minor final

Quote from: Armagh18 on October 01, 2023, 10:15:54 PMThe Down lads at it again few tasty ones going around on whatsapp!

If that team in yellow, had have put the same amount of effort into their playing game that the did for the digging match at the end they could have been a lot closer..

Regardless of how it started and so on, the videos are disgraceful

Quote from: pdiddy on October 01, 2023, 08:17:06 PMHonest question MR2, what is/should be the penalty for throwing the stick in an attempt to hook an opposing player?

If seen it's a free, the severity of it depends on intent, and outcome.. if you connect with player it's a yellow, if you throw it like a hatchet then you could get a red..

But always go back to the first part of my answer  ;D

Dunloy coughed up some scores today, and Loughgiel gobbled them up, mishandling and some players not at peak condition plus Kevin Molloy missing ( who for me is mister consistent) will not have helped.

That take's nothing away from loughgiel who from the get go we're well up for the game..

Tenacious in the the tackle and accurate from play the were able to take scores.

Dunloy had to work harder for theirs and like a semi final defeat before against same opposition at same venue came back to dominate.

Loughgiels youth policy has paid dividends, Cushendall won't be quaking in their boots either, so sets up a great final
