That d*ck Billy Sheehan must've taken something before the game[/quote]

Always thought he was a bit of a p***k anytime i have seen him play, especially against ourselves in 06.

McElroy and his family are lorry drivers as wel!!

At the intermediate final, Drumhowan's 38 year old former county man Stephen McGinnity was on the ball, and this boy (he's 20 going on 70) that only gets into town on a mart day roars in the slowest drawl imaginable - "That's the boy Stevie Wonder"

Ha ha bandit that sounds like one of my cousins!! I love my nights out round ballybay an blayney, hard to beat a load of drunk monaghan men for classic one liners!

At a recent Monaghan intermediate semi final 3/4 of the way through the 2nd half and drumhowan are getting pegged back, their main man James mc elroy catches a ball in midfield and starts a run up field, gas running out and his marker catching him when all is relatively quiet and aul man with the thickest monaghan accent roars out "throw her into a higher gear James!!" cue the whole stand bursting into laughter, brilliant.

I had a parcel sent over from America but got a letter through from parcel force saying it was in their depot and I had to pay customs £16 to lift it, was rather pissed off! Has this always been the case?

The Casement roar should be worth 5-6 points for Antrim. Can we keep Tyrone to 4-5 points?

Will Antrim be with at least one McGourty and Sean Kelly next year?
Will Jordan be recovered from the op?
Will Fuscos still do the garlic chip?

Will the PD club still have one barman trying to serve 50 thirsty Gaels at one time après match?

It's interesting to note Hartes anticipated tactics for this game had Cavanagh been 100% fit and ready to start. He wanted Cavanagh and Mc Ginley to switch roles with Cavanagh playing the more ortodox midfielder and Enda playing a more roving role between HF and Midfield. Would have been interesting to have seen this in action.

Hard luck Ardboe, you lost out in gut wretching circumstances but you will be back. In the McGuigans, Kyle Coney and Gavin Teague you will be there for another wile.

The vast majority of people were supporting Ardboe. Why is this?

As in all sports everybody likes to see the underdog win, plus it's always good to see a (relatively) new name on the cup!

Drumhowan beat today 1-10 to 0-10 by Monaghan Harps, chatting to my cousin who says they were very unlucky and didn't get much from the ref, In particular a free kick that was clearly a penalty. Ah well sitting pretty in the league so still a chance of going up.

Has the Monaghan leagues always been play-offs to go up? Think it's very unfair on the team that finishes top. In Tyrone the top team goes up with the lower teams playing off, a lot fairer IMHO.

Dromore through from Tyrone, will be tough going for Clontibret, they came through one hell of a battle and never lay down. Will give them great confidence heading into ulster, I wonder how much their odds will drop?
