There is obviously going to be a geographical aspect to the distribution but where I believe there would be a genuine issue is if a company atmosphere and environment makes the minority feel left out or puts them off applying in the first place. I would hope such companies are rare these days.

Interestingly a very small number of places have more N.D. than either P or C.
