FF and FG didn't set the world alight here in the Locals so will struggle to get a seat again.
Terrace, probably Nigel if the IIs are still together then.
Mind you no one knows what they stand for except giving out,
and spouting " common sense changee".
Electing 2 of them and CK means no Government TD* here again so we'll be on the hind tit for another 5 years.

* unless SF improve again on their National performance as they did in 2020 and join a Coalition

Your lot need to get some better looking candidates Itch.

Meanwhile Ming thinking of having a shot at the Áras next year 💛💙.

Not a fan of Daly or Wallace.

What really surprised me was she only got 5,500 transfers from Smyth PBP's 28,000.
We're the PBPs against her?

SF's L Boylan got c10k while soft fascist Boylan got c5k. People getting their Boylans mixed up perhaps?

100 migrant/migrant background Councillors
4 Racist Councillors.
Another stunning victory for the latter ::)

I have never seen such a shower of virtue signaling g0b$h1tes in my born days

Mary Lou and MON going around like a pair of clems wearing burkas-you couldn't make it up-LOL

They weren't walloped half as badly as your buddies.
The yank surpassing themselves....
Tell me you're a misogynistic racist sectarian neo nazi anti equality without saying "I'm a etc.
He'd have felt at home in 1950s Mississipi except Irish Catholics were among their per gates too.

Milltown all those right wing gobshites seem to want to leave the EU and go back to a kind of modern day 1950s Albania.

Where migration would be at an all time high? Then we'd need to bring in immigrants to work the jobs the Irish left behind for a better way of life?

Most of the jobs would be gone.
Free access to a market of 450m people closed off, Multinationals decamping to the EU Country that woukd give them the best deal.
Government revenues slashed by 75%.....

Janes Reynolds "leader" of a bunch of scumbags styled "The National Party" who got 3,000 votes out of a poll of 700,000 has declared he's leaving the "Party" .
Reason - because he discovered while canvassing that it's a "Toxic Brand".
I could have told you that 5 years ago James  ;D

More good news for Burdy - a chap originally from Cameroon elected to Cork City Council.

Any of those 3 woukd be better than the present incumbent.
Carthy would be my choice (if I was a SF member and had a vote).
Time the Party grew up and the local election results might just be the catalyst to get them to do so.

Bigger picture - was good to see over 100 candidates who were immigrants or from an immigrant background.
Possibly 40 elected.
The Whiteys abd Burdys of this forum won't be happy🤣

Time for Labour and the Soc Dems do the dacent thing, amalgamate, and become the main real left of centre outfit.

Too late for the next GE but maybe they could do a pact, divide the Constituencies between them and look at winning maybe 20 seats.
