Quote from: Armagh18 on January 04, 2024, 07:50:27 PMJust right. Madness looking Armagh to tr**p to Ballybofey at half 7 the first Wednesday in Jan for a glorified friendly against a team we be meeting in the league soon. We fulfilled the fixture and gave young lads a chance to be able to say the played for their county. Some might never play again but theres a couple there who'll be big names for us in the future hopefully.
so they just went to Dublin instead?

The roads are getting worse and maybe as I get older I am more weary Did about 2000k on Zwift last year and will probably do more this year. I love being on the road but being passed dangerously and seeing near car accidents every single ride tends to drag me down.

Quote from: trailer on December 21, 2023, 01:54:22 PMHow easy is it to give your ticket to someone else.... correctly.... without running the risk of getting your season ticket revoked?

At anfield? It's a piece of piss. Used to be cards but people were passing them round so they changed season tickets to NFC on phones. Now they just put the season tickets on to cheap smartphones and pass them round instead. You would see ones outside the ground with 10 phones in an envelope handing them out.

The club wants to become the new tout with the hospitality packages, but are more expensive.

They have tried to restrict it again with the three family and friends that a season ticket holder can transfer to
Yeah but by allowing credit transfers it meant that someone with a 13+ membership can get a new account up to 13 easily with transfers, especially if this person is a tout already. The club are not enforcing the passing of mobile phones about, my mate got in the other week using a phone that had 8 different passes on it.
Klopp is 100% right to go in on the fans. There's a divide between scousers and "out of towners" or "wools". Scouser think the out of towners are tourists and don't sing. Anyone who has sat in the kenny knows that it's full of scousers, old grumpy bastards who only stand up to stretch themselves and the only noise they make is to moan at players.
There's also a lot of too cool for school at anfield these days, ensuring you are wearing the correct black montirex jacket and Nike 110s . Very little red in the ground as that's seen as being wool.

to go back there, that would be Deflation.

Quote from: Wildweasel74 on December 13, 2023, 01:27:50 AMMight be used as a punter and kick offs, but he too slow to be the goalkicker, I watched Nfl for 30+yrs and your kick time is literally 2 secs.

There are plenty of starting kickers in the NFL who wouldn't be half the athlete Beggan is  ;D  ;D  ;D

Kicking in the NFL is about timing anyway rather than how fast you run up. Long snapper to the holder and kicker running on to catch it more or less as soon as the holder has it in position. How long it takes him to run up doesn't matter as long as it's timed right.
For sure, there's been lads kicked well into their 40s, them lads had no speed, but perfect timing and technique

Quote from: Blowitupref on December 11, 2023, 05:30:32 PMDoesn't seem to be much value in the season ticket.

Hold that thought until we see what the regular tickets will cost this year.
We already know, they are up to 20 euro for div 1 and 2

Quote from: Redhand Santa on December 10, 2023, 04:47:50 PMLot to compliment tg4 on but that was a disgraceful decision. They already had a break before penalties and was no reason to miss 2/3 minutes of an ulster final to show ads. Especially so close to half time.
and especially as no ad break would have been scheduled there had they coverage of the game started when it should
