Hearing that Frank's appeal was unsuccessful last night.

Expected with a galbally man on the panel.

What was he sent off for?

Very little, questionable if it was even a bookable offence.
But of course you being a Pomeroy man you would say that...

;) ;)

Confirmed that his appeal did indeed fail last night. Will have to take it to Ulster now if he wants a chance to play.

Mooned at Cuthbert according to the word on the street!

Aghaloo making a show of themselves lately.. not fielding in the last 2 league games and getting 5 red cards in a championship game.
Now looking £500 for a brick on the new clubhouse.

Fundraising to pay suspension fines and cover the costs of not fielding leagues games, total joke! I for one wont be purchasing a ticket and it'll be the first Gaa club I've ever turned down!!

Is this a joke post?
We weren't fined.
A number of the red cards were overturned.
It's our business whether or not we field or not.  There's been no outrage when we've been unable to field at underage level on many occasions due to a lack of numbers. No support, no outcry!
As for not buying a ticket, I would imagine you would be better getting your facts right.  I would hope other clubs would support our endeavours just as we have done for other clubs in the past
Tough times don't last, tough people do!

Who do we reckon is going up from Div 2 and down from Div 1?

Galbally as double winners.
Pomeroy will finish second as Loughmacrory will slip up V Galbally in the league.
I'd fancy Loughmacrory to be the division 2 team at the end of the play offs. Whether they can beat Moy or Eglish remains to be seen however.

Degrassi Hi

Most seem to expect Galbally to beat Pomeroy in this weekend's final but anything can happen especially as Pomeroy will feel aggrieved losing Frank Burns and have recent experience of winning championships titles at this level.  Last weekends result does sow a little bit of doubt in the Pearses league title aspirations as they've tough away games V Loughmacrory and Greencastle which are never ever straightforward. What I've seen of them this year is that they're a well organised, clinical team but will maybe get the jitters when it really matters.

The junior final is another tough one to call but think the Tones will be victorious coming through with the bare minimum to spare.

Degrassi Hi

Forgot Division 1
Tatts - gone
Eglish to beat Moy in relegation play-off and face one of Pomeroy, Loughmacrory or Galbally in the promotion/relegation play-off
