I have a problem with my microsoft outlook contacts if anyone can help!
I manage some people - however as staff have transferred and some have left the e-mails I get through from them are still coming through with the name of the old employee.

How do I change this or does it have to be changed on their end?

Anyone any ideas?

I'm not 100% clear on what you are asking but what I think you need to do is:

FOR OUTLOOK 2007 +
Open Outlook
Go to tools menu select Account Settings
Double click on the email account you want to change
In the Your name field type the new name.

FOR OUTLOOK 2003 (From memory)
Open Outlook
From tools menu select Email Accounts
Double click on the email account you want to change
In the Your name field type the new name.

Thanks for that.

I have another e-mail issue. In the past when I sent an e-mail once to somwhere it automatically stored in the memory, then if I typed the first letter of that address again in the future it will appear automatically however lately this has stopped working and I have to go to the bother of looking up e-mail address and typing the whole thing in again!!  >:(

Can anyone advise?

Something has happened your Outlook.nk2 file.
It might be deleted or renamed as a bak file or something.

On My Computer on Windows 7 it is loated at:

C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

Or on different version it might be:
drive:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

camera / pc related

me and the woman were looking thru photos on her camera earlier via the card reader on my laptop, a few of the photos had to be rotated for viewing purposes but on exit of each photo it did a save (on telling the g/f she assumes the save was on the laptop, big mistake)

well anyway, after disconnecting the reader she proceeds to do bit of deleting !!!

i've tried pandora recovery for deleted files but it doesnt recover the few we wanted ie the few that needed rotating while we were viewing and got saved, so maybe they got daved with different filename or file type or something, not sure

anyone any advice ?

SD cards are fixed memory so you should be able to recover them but obviously your camera will no longer recognise them. Do NOT take anymore pictures with that particular SD card.

Pandora recovery is a good tool for recovering images accidently deleted.

I should have said, we tried a free version of pandora but this is the thing, it will pull up deleted photos but because while we were viewing we rotated some photos on the laptop and they got saved on the card again when moving to next photo....its these ones that we cant recover

So you can only save them onto your card, not your computer?

Folks i need some of your expert help...I recently downloaded a bit of software from "Piratebay" which was virus free and installed fine, it was Civils 3D from Autodesk and is an excellent peices of software for my line of work. The problem i have is activating it...the instructions that came with it tells me after instalation then go to activate and be ready to insert the activation codes so it tells me to start up XFORCE Keygen 32bits version if you are installing a 32bits application and 64bits if you are installing a 64bits application. It then says to Click on Mem Patch (you should see succeeded) and then the usual stuff of getting the codes and paste them into the software and hey "Presto".

My problem is that there is only a 64 bit keygen with the download and my laptop is 32 so when i use the 64 bit keygen and i click on "Mem Patch"(whatever that means) it says with a warning sign "make sure you can write to current directory" (what does this mean). Now this keygen will still spit me out an activation code but when i paste them into software it doesn't work...

So is it the software hasn't been properly hacked with right codes or is it all i need is a 32 bit keygen and if so how do i get one of those...

Thanks...

Nothin you can do but go back to pirate bay and check comments under the download and see us there anyone with same issue. If not search pirate bay for a activation crack for your software. If you are really desperate why not upgrade your windows to 64 bit, pirate bay could help you with that too. Of course I don't condone your heinous behavior here.

Main Street

Download the 32bit version only, it's a 3.1gb iso.
Probably you only downloaded the 64bit version.

Both 32bit and 64bit versions, that's a 6.2gb download.
