In Windows 10 there's an option to 'always allow' long file names by editing registry... Not as daunting as it sounds, courtesy of Google
When you say that you can reach it on your phone do you mean on the WiFi or on the mobile network?
I tried switching off the Firewall, but still not working.The message that I eventually get is that the connection was reset

In older versions of Word, captions on images were locked to the image and moved with it.Now in the current version of Word, if you change an image position to tight with text, the caption drifts away. Bastardos.
