 Help! the writing on my computer has gotten smaller. I`m running on windows xp. I think my grandson did something yesterday but I dont know what. Any ideas.

If it's in your browser, try Ctrl- (Ctrl and the hyphen key) to reduce text size , Ctrl+ to increase. Otherwise check screen resolution in Control Panel.

Not strictly computer help, but anyway. If I were to burn a movie onto a blank DVD I know it will play on a computer but if I want to play them on a standard domestic dvd player what format do I need to download or regardless do I need to encode the file? Help much appreciated as getting my ear bent by the missus to download and burn Homeland season 2 for her sister.

1st of all, alot of DVD players will play avi files so a simple data disc would work. If not try something like this:

I got a new laptop. Its AC Adaptor says:
    Input: 100-240V ~ 50/60 Hz 1.2A
    Output: 19V == 4.22A

Can I still use my old AC Adaptor, which is:
   Input: 100-240V ~ 50/60 Hz 1.5A
   Output: 20V == 4.5A

Or would the old adaptor damage my laptop in some way or other?

Are there any good apps or sites for streaming footy on Samsung 2 tablet? The sites I would use on my laptop dont seem as slick or compatible.

How do I get Windows Explorer to retain unique view/layout settings for each folder? When I exit a folder and come back later it seems to adopt global settings.
