Culloville have done surprisingly well in Div 1 for the last couple of years, they could be in some difficulty this year.

and a perfectly good thread here too about the game, where this matter could be raised

Lar this part of the report might give an idea "Toulouse and Lyon, with a heavy contingent of non-Irish players"

QuoteMy new telly has that built in (or at least it says it's 'Ready for Irish Digital' and MPEG 4 or something). Do I need Cats Ears, or an old fashioned Ariel, or what?

What do people use to pick up TV in your location? You need that.

QuoteYou could look at getting a Freeview HD box (designed for the British service), just make sure it's an MPEG 4 tuner and has MHEG 5 (red button, teletext middleware).

A new TV may have a tuner built in.

Considering that the league games in the marshes had crowds in the 10-13K range, 15K would be easily achievable or even 17-18K, I would have thought. I wonder what the issues are with the athletic grounds, it seems to represent modern principles.

QuoteThe Unionists could decide whether they want to come with us or stay with their new more mannerly but still not British neighbours.

Quoteone of the boys in our company asked for a slice of lemon in his girlfriend's gin

he must have had a brazen head on him.

QuoteFrom Sprucefield it would take you another 10 minutes to the Kings Hall exit and that when the traffic build-up starts. 10 minutes from there to the Westlink. 10-15 minutes to get down the Westlink onto the M3. 10-20 from there to the airport. 5 minutes to get parked-up.

Would TheJuice's beloved be travelling at regular rush hour times?

Quotebut if ye're coming from engerland the culture shock would be a wee bit less if ye tried the greater Belfast area first.

hard to argue with this in the first instance. Some of the districts top of the Ormeau Road, are civilised and an fairly easy run to City airport.

QuoteBut there are a few who seem happy to ignore large chunks of it

People with gaelic names, who are probably descended from picts, for instance?

QuoteThe grammar and spelling alone must be shocking.

Don't be slagging off Ulster Scots.

QuoteGreat performamce by the young lads in the Feile

Will these be the men to get the 50th Armagh championship?

QuoteLooking forward to the run down to Cork for the All Irelands.

That should be a novelty!

Great goal by Galway, Cork had their chances to catch up but couldn't take their points.
