They'll get all their loans written off

The loan is not written off, the loan remains until you pay it off. Handing over the property may reduce the loan, just as if you handed back your house, but if the property is not worth the loan you still have to pay it off. Hopefully these people can be prohibited from having any further property dealings until they discharge their debt.

Is this a ranking of performance in the championship or likelihood of beating each other in a series of games yet to take place? For instance Antrim and Limerick did well, but I am not sure that they would be favourites in the league or championship next year.

Did anyone hear Enda McNulty on RTE about 12.30? He said that he would like to go into management, but not for a couple of years.

The lube on the RTE radio sport at 5.30 said that Armagh were playing the winners of Dublin and Down in the final! The tv sport didn't even give the score!

Kildare certainly put it up to Armagh, their back had hard luck with the own goal, but he he hadn't got a hand to it Armagh would surely have scored.

Well done, Armagh, only the regular first half goal conceded to keep it interesting. I doubt if the wind favours either side much but Armagh had any benefit there was.

This makes sense, it allows the GAA to be broadcast domestically in the mainland after the demise of Setanta.

If the GAA are really serious about this International Rules stuff as they claim to be.
Then the Railway Cup can be reborn by converting them to an international rules competition.
Include a financial incentive, strictly ringfenced to this competition and you will see how interested players are.

I couldn't disagree more, this might lead to the Aussies offering them contracts!

Simple idea, have the Allstars tour with the winning Railway cup team and play each other in the US, Dubai etc.

Ah now lads, it is not great to see one of our own making it with one of the top sporting outfits in  West Belfast the world.

It just shows the GAA don't care less about the players, its all about money.  U2 say jump, the GAA say how high

it remains to be seen how this affects the 100 or so players at the weekend. For sure the million earned from U2 will benefit a large number of other players.
