You could look at getting a Freeview HD box (designed for the British service), just make sure it's an MPEG 4 tuner and has MHEG 5 (red button, teletext middleware).

A new TV may have a tuner built in.

From Sprucefield it would take you another 10 minutes to the Kings Hall exit and that when the traffic build-up starts. 10 minutes from there to the Westlink. 10-15 minutes to get down the Westlink onto the M3. 10-20 from there to the airport. 5 minutes to get parked-up.
