Orior

Did anyone see His Royalty come out for the prize giving at the end of the match?

He walked out to a guard of honour formed by the ball boys and ball girls. He walked over to one girl and said "those are impressive breasts for a fifteen year old. Do you exercise?"

He will probably never get an easier run to a final.

So out of seven rounds, he met two players he wouldn't have otherwise expected to meet. It's hardly won-the-Euromillions lucky.

His easy run is like the easy run Kerry get every year in Munster until the final.
I suppose he can only beat what's in front of him, beat the number one seed in the final, that was the real tester.

It's all about the small margins. It could be the difference between a straight sets victory and a longer four or five set match.

Who did  N Djokovic  meet on the way to the final? Hmmmm, as for the girl that won the ladies she by all accounts shouldn't have won the final, Wigan the FA Cup and the list goes on, what a nob-ish view on things, N Djokovic is the best player out there by a wide margin I was surprised that Murray won but on the day N Djokovic had no answer to Murray, he didn't show up to lose but lost in 3 straight sets, but sure its a fix  :P

Djokovic had to play 3 top 20 players on route to the final:

Jeremy Chardy = 28th seed
Tommy Haas = 13th seed
Tomas Berdych = 7th seed
Del Potro = 8th seed

I never said that he shouldn't have won, just that he had a handier run than he would have expected. It's rare not to have to play some highly ranked players on the way. Murray may have beaten Roger, Rafa et al had he played them, but he didn't have to.

No matter what, he still had to beat the main man, who only dropped one set before the semi. Job done and fair play, he's no rookie he also won the US Open and the Olympics

If all the top seeds were on one side of the draw then you might have had a point, initially it looked like Murray was on the tough side with Nadal and Federer. It's hardly Murrays fault that Nadal got injured and Federer got beat by an outsider who himself got injured in the next round.
