When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

ONeill

He was in something well before Roy.

Your hole it was. As a member of the Desperate Dan Fan Club and having requested a cow-pie with tail several times from the old man, I can categorically state he'd destroy Dennis and his dog.

That roles back the years, who could forget the Jocks and the Geordies.
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

i was a roger the dodger fan and a bash street kids' man myself in the beano. I agree that the Beano was much better.

I think Hot Shot Hamish was in Tiger before he transferred to Melchester Rovers. I think it was Tiger anyway.

Ah, sepia tinted days of youth. Hot Shot Hamish, Kevin 'mighty' Mouse, Wee Wally Campbell, not to mention Charlie 'The Cat' Carter, Blackie Gray, and 'Ooooh I thought it was in Roy'.

Dougal Maguire

Spunky and his Spider would have been my favourite in the Dandy.

Never got Banana man as a kid, looking back now though it was genius.

Yeah love that too, didn't he have a skeleton doll as a lucky charm and only played well when he had it?
A bit like Billy and his boots.

Pretty sure Hamish didn't play for Melchester Rovers though, he played for Princes Park and I think himself and Mighty Mouse then went to another team called Glenlow Rangers or something like that.

I meant that he transferred to the Roy of the Rovers magazine.
