Did Connolly arrive? Id imagine every defender in Boston is lighting candles everywhere praying that he's turned away. Out of interest does Connolly work at home? Usually you hear what all the top players do through interviews, but never heard what Connolly does?

If you were any use you'd be playing.

You could only imagine what the GAA rumour mill would have made of Frank McGuigan's sojourn to the states.
Fantasy Rugby World Cup Champion 2011,
Fantasy 6 Nations Champion 2014

Maybe need to ask some of the Ardboe men but I'm fairly certain the county board were short cash in the early 80s, so Ardboe were playing someone in the Championship in Dungannon and the county board put the word out that McGuigan was coming home, 15,000 showed up for the game....unfortunately no McGuigan among the 15,000.

Connolly was originally a brickies labourer , used to actually work for subby from West Mayo   . He got rep work then when he got better known. A good tough nut worksman and sound skin to boot.
Walk-in down mchale rd , sun out, summers day , game day . That's all .

Any confirmed reports or is it all rumours?

Is he not just back from a wedding in Portugal?

Jetsetter is Diarmuid.

The poor man just can't catch a break.

He flew on a plane twice within a month? Quick! Somebody begrudge him!

Yawn. He is referring to the stories about the wedding and not the plane usage.

What was the story about the wedding anyway? Any credibility to it?
You can forget about Sean Cavanagh as far as he's a man!

I doubt the boston  globe has been covering the Connolly to Boston saga. I doubt any of the US immigration officers would have a clue who he is.

Doesn't matter, the name could have flagged up his previous incidents in the system regardless. I know of someone who flew to auz only to be refused entry because of a 2am kerfuffle with police years ago. He flew home the following day. It's the computers these days, ye can do natin...
