Ballymartin were in division one not so long ago and now find themselves in the third division. Its not that strange as after a year of losing games regularly in division one,you get used to it and once relegated it can affect your next year in the second division.
On today's games you would have to give great credit to saul and especially their manager. They had one and a half feet in division three at half time, but somehow managed to completely turn the game on it's head and deservedly went on to win.they have a good young team and another year in division two will bring them on massively, albeit in a tighter division where results will be harder to come by.
RGU started the brighter in the second game but a goal before half time gave bryansford an arguably unfair lead.bryansford shaded it in the second half, thanks to some poor shooting from the downpatrick forwards.the RGU lads could rightly be fairly annoyed with the referee.

Go up to the cold water storage tank and you will see two valves t the bottom.one is cold feed to your cylinder, one is cold to bathroom outlets.shut both, run hot tap at kitchen, once it has stopped running you can change washers.

'Biggest bluffer in down football'? How exactly? He brought cullyhanna to a senior championship final, their first if I'm not mistaken. Won a hogan with the abbey. Took Bredagh to two intermediate championships, and established them as a solid division two team.

The premier reserve league desperately needs to be split back into two divisions in my opinion.there is a clear divide between the top seconds teams such as burren, kilcoo, mayobridge and castlewellan, and the teams who would previously have made up premier reserve league two.if I recall correctly, the leagues were merged into one due to teams not fielding.i don't think this has helped, and now you have teams struggling to field in an away fixture, that even if they had their strongest 15 they wouldn't win.however due to cry offs they are going to a difficult away fixture to take a hammering.

If the leagues were split again you would have teams playing each other at a similar level, meaning more enjoyable games, and less cryoffs as most games would be theoretically winnable.it would also mean the team promoted should be able for the step up.also,a team looking to step up from east or south down reserve league wouldn't jump from playing a thirds team to kilcoo seconds.

You'd want to be careful doing that, unless you're handy enough.if you're lucky there will be an isolation valve on the cold feed to the toilet.close this, using a flat head screwdriver.flush the toilet and make sure it's not filling.if you don't have an isolation valve at the toilet, you can isolate it at the tank if that's the system you have.or shut the stopcock if it's mains fed.once you have the cold feed isolated, disconnect cold feed and replace the float valve.i'd recommend a fluid master with brass threads.
P.s if you are isolating the cold feed from the tank then be careful with the valve.sometimes if they are old they can either shut but not open,or not shut at all.good luck with it.otherwise it's probably a £50 job for a plumber.

There's no country like us for pulling up the ladder on the ones below us.drives me mad.the 26 got independence using the same methods that 50 years later northerners used, yet the boys in '19 to '21 are a great bunch of lads and then the boys in the north are 'terrorists'.
We leave our shores in the tens of thousands for every decade in living memory, looking for employment and to send a few quid home to Ireland.yet when some fellas from Eastern Europe come here and do the exact same thing,we ape the very worst xenophobic traits the English displayed towards ourselves which we've complained about since.
This thread has shown me that the tactics of the banks and the super rich will always prevail.always!instead of asking why so many are finding themselves in these circumstances,we blame them.yet don't give a shite that the biggest tax dodgers of all get away Scott free, and we continuously vote in a spineless shower of shite who let them.

Shut all radiators bar one of the problem radiators.wait until it heats up fully, shouldn't take long as the pump is only going through it and the hot water cylinder.once it's heated up,close it and move onto the next problem radiator.repeat this on all three.if there is some sort of minor blockage,it will blow it out.if you have thermostatic radiator valves, use these to close the radiators,as using the lockshield valves could result in a balance problem in your system.

Antrim / Re: Antrim Football Thread

It's strange that naomh eanna get people in Antrim saying they shouldn't be playing in intermediate.no one else in Ulster has even mentioned it.with all respect to Antrim football, playing division one in your county does not mean you are guaranteed to win Ulster intermediate.they played intermediate as they hadn't won the championship at that grade to move up to senior.that makes perfect sense to me.

Not sure if football has declined so much as interest in it has. And it's not all down to Dublin's dominance. To play now requires a lifestyle change, and some are choosing not to go down that path. Even Dublin have had this happen with o'carroll.
There's not much point in continuously saying Kildare/Meath/cork etc should get up to Dublin's level.the point is they can't,and won't in the future either. No one is at their level.the odd time a mayo or a Kerry or a Tyrone might challenge them, maybe even beat them.but it will be a blip.this will lead to even the stronger counties possibly going the way Meath, down,Derry etc have already went.

There are only 6 competitions really worth winning at the start of the year.national league, four provincials and obviously the all ireland.you are advocating getting rid of four of them.the only thing keeping county football alive in some counties is the chance of winning an Ulster or a Connaught.counties in Leinster don't even have that small hope to cling on to.
County football is in terminal decline not just because of the entertainment on offer, but also because many counties are playing without a full hand.some of the most talented players are opting out as there is no chance of winning anything.and for the commitment level required these days, you have to at least have a slim chance of winning.
If Dublin were split in two,say north and south, both would automatically be in the top 3 or 4 favourites to win Sam.it would revitalise the championship I think.i can understand Dublin supporters being against it,but honestly if something isn't done soon the all ireland won't really be worth winning.the decline of county football isn't something that might happen,we are already far down the road i would suggest in at least 20 if not more counties.

Also, they weren't playing some south down minnows.they were playing burren,a team who don't take in players on a sanction then let them back to their clubs.they just take in players.
