Non event yesterday but a winning is a good habit so can't grumble. Once again we have to listen to the tripe from Sky Pundits telling us Spurs are a better team, the league table doesn't lie and last weeks result disproves ttat theory. Smalling again was poor yesterday, thought Lindelof did well though.
You said a few weeks back that the United squad was on a par with City's squad. So if the league table doesn't lie how do you explain United being 16 points behind City?

They have simply been more consistent, whereas United effectively ruined their challenge with the points lost at Christmas.
So the league table doesnt lie expect where United are 16 points off the top, then it does lie...ok got it.

Have Roma watched Liverpool at all since the draw? Three at the back against a team that has torn teams apart all season.. 4 5 1 and just play ugly!
Did you think of that all by yourself or are you just copying exactly what Rio Ferdinand said on BT Sports and posting it on here pretending you know what you're talking about  ;D

GAA Discussion / Re: 'GAA Athletes for a No Vote'
April 23, 2018, 11:21:55 AM
He's certainly entitled to his opinion as people have said, him having a vote or not is irrelevant. I agree he shouldn't be doing it under the name of the GAA though.
I'm not sure how much of an influence he would have anyway on people who are undecided.
I'll be voting No but it won't be because Mickey Harte told me too.
It also won't be because I'm some sort of religious freak which is something anyone voting no seems to be labelled as. I'm anything but religious.

Watching the BBC coverage would certainly inspire you to complete a marathon. I'm not much of a runner apart from doing park runs most weekends. Would it be a big ask to think about doing Dublin Marathon this year? Longest I've ever run to date is probably about 7km. Park run times are usually around 22 or 23 minutes.

Agree.  But equally it's a joke he didn't win it if that's the rule.  If the criteria is anyone who is 23 at the start of the season is eligible, and it's best performing player from that group wins it, then Kane surely was a shoe in???.  They made a mockery of their own rules.  Definitely should be lowered to 21.
I agree. Based on the rules, as ridiculous  as they are, Kane should probably have won it. 21 at the start of the season would be more appropriate age for young player of the year though.

Davy has been great. I feel we can give Leinster a good rattle this year.

Friend of mine did it. Finished in 4:00:05 he's gutted to be so close to sub 4 but not get it. Said conditions were very hard.

I'm wrong it was actually 3:00:05 and he's gutted not to go sub 3.
