I’d imagine that any appeals will focus on the inherent lack of fairness and the flawed decision to cite one individual.

If video evidence is being used to cite Rian O’Neill then I hope they use it for further citations including McGee’s provocation during play. This was clearly premeditated. Furthermore the invasion of Donegal’s substitutes & backroom team who can’t be easily identified due to bibs covering numbers has convinced me it was premeditated & orchestrated. Result. Objective attained.

If the referee felt that the five players who have been issued with suspensions contributed to a melee why did he not red card them at the time? I’d also like to know when he wrote his report and whether he spoke to anyone other than a match official or heard any coverage of the match before writing his report. To me it makes little sense. I wonder too will the CCCC get involved for anyone missed by the officials.
I understand the point your making in terms of the independence of the referee’s report but all the match officials are volunteers, are always open to ear-twisting and have to be trusted to do their jobs as honestly as possible. My issue is that Donegal were the clear instigators which some of the officials clearly saw and yet Armagh will lose their vice-captain, scorer-in-chief and main mid-fielder whilst Donegal lose 2 mischief makers.

But, we were involved and need to take the punishment and move on, although it is hard to comprehend how out of all that happened, Michael Murphy did not get banned given he started it just at then end of normal time where the Linesman was right beside him! Time now for Armagh to focus on the game and hopefully this will drive them on!
Yeah Soupy seems unfortunate and its a bit bizarre that only two from Donegal. Probably little chance of being successful with any appeal as HQ are looking to clamp down on melees this year.
Without wanting to signal anyone out maybe some Donegal players got lucky in that their bibs covered their squad numbers and the referee couldn’t identify them. On the other hand if the referee includes that in his report and CCCC look at video there could be a few more players in trouble.
I was at the match. I hope the CCCC issue further suspensions because the ones proposed weigh in Donegal’s favour. The behaviour from the corner back was disgraceful. Losing teams generally don’t goad.

Attempting to renegotiate those same agreements, seeking additional concessions from those originally agreed, then threatening to rip them up altogether. But they are just simply talking to themselves. Internationally they are embarrassing themselves and must be scraping the barrel when it comes to having any credibility left.
Frost and Johnson have been playing to their own rules and they have seen that it has had no impact on their polling figures, so they will continue onwards even if this exacerbates the economic self harm of their own country. Providing there is no self harm to those influential Tory MPs in positions of power, they will not care one jot.
A lover scorned and all that but Cummings is going in hard on Boris being useless which I think we can all agree on, but it does beg the question who's calling the shots at the heart of Westminster??
The vested interests - as always - call the shots. Dominic Cummings is the technical definition of a maniac, which of itself deserves some sympathy. All the latest developments are only byproducts of regulatory alignment. Role of ECJ is the latest herring.

Discussion Boards - used as a board for discussion are - are an invaluable friend especially when someone is going through a hard time. I never knew of this oversight/poor decision etc... Genocide at Srebenica of course, but it should also be mentioned that it was the scene of one of the greatest acts of cowardice by NATO and an armed 800 strong UN force (Dutch) under the command of Thom Karremans, who was promoted after his ignominious retreat to Netherlands.

I never knew he attended any sort of a GAA match.
Well, far play to him for doing so. He can't be, same as Foster, a totally bitter anti-Taig then.
Poots as minister attended that game. I don't admire him, but he is somewhat willing to do his job.
Foster as First Minister and Fermanagh MLA should have attended on the same basis, perhaps Stalford who attended with her deserves more credit

Yes I admire The Pope & The Queen. I also admire Arlene Foster. How many GAA people have attended Remembrance Day over the years? Loads, but maybe a larger % that are from faiths other than RC. RD has been held for a long time. I can’t believe I have the type this.
