Why would you ruin a good piece of meat plastering it in pepper sauce. A good steak needs nothing - ribeye with a bit of butter in the pan at the last minute is all you need.

+1 Tony...ribeye all the way..fcuk that pepper/diane/garlic/cajun sauce shite....if anything ..whack its own juice from the pan on top!! Plenty of salt and pepper and Colman's
