Thor Ragnorok is very easy watching but maybe went a bit too much of a spoof. Also watched Hacksaw Ridge. Excellent. In a way didn't want to like it because of Gibson but it's so well acted and directed.

Tremendous stuff.

Just when you think you have seen it all.

Was Catherine Nevin married to a man called Black?

No Nevin. Hence her surname. I presume you were being serious as it was not funny in the slightest.

The feigning injury to get a guy sent off by Liam Healy of Moorefield was a very high profile example of this awful carry on. One would sincerely hope that someone would have a word or two with him. Delighted they lost the match. The rulebook has a clear rule about conduct that brings discredit to the association (with wide ranging powers to take action based on an investigation) - if that kind of behaviour doesn't fit the definition then I don't know what does.

Yet wasn't clear enough to get Tiernan McCann suspended?

It's one thing that I think everybody hates to see in soccer and it has been creeping into the GAA recently. The GAA should set an example of what happened today and that fullback should be given a 3/4 match ban. It's totally unacceptable and could well have cost Corofin a place in the final.
It's in the video below for anyone who didn't see it live.

Creeping in. Really? It's being in the game for years.

Being an issue for a few years. It's past its lifecycle since being put down. It's finally being done after league and probably wil be out of use for rest of year.

Great result and if I'm honest never saw it coming. McVeety was MOTM for me. Even at end carried through tackles. Really like the look of David Philips. Old fashioned corner back. Gearoid looks mobile but usually does on heavy pitch. Caomhin Reilly is what we've needed for so long and with college football done should be even more energetic in future. Nearly safe I'd say and if we win against Cork we're looking up. Though Cillian Clarke played as well as he has in a long time and he done well at midfield breaking ball where Moynagh and Martin Reilly were very sharp. Holla goal unreal. The mark from Gearoid, the kick pass from Mackey and then the finish.

The other senior football club semi final is on next weekend i'm sure Corofin or Moorefield wouldn't be too bothered if their semi final was pushed back a week.

Slaughtneil played their hurling AISF last weekend. Not that simple.
Pushing back todays semi final by one week to avoid a clash with the Sigerson cup final and to have both semi finals on the same day would be that simple however sensible fixture scheduling is rarely done with the GAA.

So punish an entire club to suit two lads? Im sure all the dual players in Slaughneil wouldnt be at 100% this weekend after playing such a big game the weekend before while Nemo were sitting on their hands.

Robbing Peter to pay Paul.

The Slaughtneil game wouldn't be moved with this suggestion.

A lad playing for his college and his club is greedy! Now Ive heard it all.

Playing one game after the other is stupid and reckless.

Forcing a player to choose a Sigerson final or an All Ireland Club semi is stupid.

Great coverage. The BBC is giving better service to the GAA than RTE.

No team named yet. Imagine couple changes anyway. Enda Flanagan probably out. Missed DIT semi. Pity for him after 2 3 in quarter from wing back. Galligan probably be in goals. Not sure how close Mackey, Johnson and McKiernan are to starting.

Talk of a Derry Girls Young Offenders crossover. But they are set in different times so hard to see how possible.
