I'd say they are getting an extra wedge for wearing the suit's in the form of either a free suit or some other perk. Tomas O'Se's dicky bow attire last year was ridiculous overdressing for a sports pundit. They should be wearing whatever they want themselves rather than pulling on a uniform handed to them by a suit company.
