This car was soon after intercepted and involved in a high speed pursuit by armed gardaí, assisted by Garda Air Support.

+1, couldn't help but notice the smirk on one of them as he was being led away.
there are a lot of the same, who are in and out and when out spend most of their time intimidating and robbing folks.
Very prevalent in rural areas from what i gather.

IMO 10 years would not be long enough.
would love to know, how much will be spent on Legal aid, court costs, gardai OT, ETC.
Doubt if it is their first Rodeo, if indeed I am correct, would love some journalist to go back and track if they have prior arrests and convictions and time served, if indeed this is the case.

I cycle past these tents everyday. Reasonably tidy . On grass verge I dont see where they are a threat to public health and safety. This is shocking that someone would use a grabber to lift a tent and not check if someone is in it. First. Total disegard.
