Pretty shocking stuff.
Disgrace. Some crowd called Greendrive Asset Holdings. I wonder what the political affiliations of the directors are.

I don't understand

Did the potential buyers not have a legally binding contract?

Why would they give their notice at their current rental, if the contract they were signing for the new house was not legally binding?

No. Sale agreed offers f**k all but can protect both buyer and seller.

Greendrive Asset Holdings with a registered address in Kilmaine doesn't quite sound like your typical vulture fund. Much more small time and with local knowledge I imagine.

Find that ruling infuriating tbh. Rugby player picks up rugby ball is not something players can't anticipate, so completely disagree that Keenan's action mitigates things.

The cries from the English have been about how he was trying to get out of the tackle and out of Keenan's way. He turned his shoulder and jumped into him, hitting him square in the head with his elbow. How is there any evidence he was trying to get out of his way?!

Red as per the modern super woke health and safety rules, but shouldn't have been a red.

Health and safety is "woke" ffs. Have you ever heard such f**king nonsense or idiocy.

Wait till the claims pile up for the early onset of dementia and the payouts that follow, is that being super woke?

You look at your man Steve Thompson who was a world cup winner in 2003 and what has happened with him. Horrific so people need protected.

Addressing one of collisions as being the problem isn’t going to solve anything by itself though.

It’s the sheer volume of collisions with oversized humans, over a lengthy period of time, that really brings the house down.

Rugby needs to find ways to reduce the size of players (wider pitches, thorough to the point of zero tolerance drug testing), and to reduce the volume of games any player can be involved in.

Game will be gone for good within 2 generations if it doesn’t.

None of which has anything to do with "wokeness".

The U20s are a serious team. Them and France way ahead of the pack just like the senior tournament.

Lots of English whinging about the Steward red card at the minute, saying he was trying to get out of the tackle etc. Honestly have no idea what he was trying to do, but whatever it was it was visit reckless and dangerous. Turned into him with the elbow braced. Clear red.

Fierce tough battle that will stand to them. A great 6 nations, 26 points, can't ask for more (as you can't get more!)

27. Max available is 28 as GS winners are given 3 extra points to ensure they can't be overtaken via bonus points by a team with a loss. We didn't get the BP against Scotland.

Valchek died a few months ago. Prop Joe not too long ago either. Norm from Carcetti's team too.

Bit of a weird end to TLOU from a pacing perspective but understand it's very loyal to the game. Apparently the various cut scenes in the game that form the basis of the episode are spread out abs broken up by action sequences. Just felt very rushed.

Total victory for Lineker, even bringing it back to refugees in his tweets acknowledging the resolution.

An absolute humiliation for the BBC and its management. Davie and Sharp should be gone for the incompetence around this fiasco alone, never mind the rank hypocrisy and corruption.

I'm normally a fan of playing at 100% until the whistle as a mark of professional and will never be able to understand American outrage at the concept of "running up the score" but for the last conversion, the ref pointed out the time to Lynch at about 79.50, clearly saying something along the lines of 'if you take your time, I can blow it up" and lynch made sure to kick it being the 80 mins were up. Felt a tad harsh!

What always bugs me is the hypocrisy of unionism, its as if all the evil since partition was down to the "minority" without whom this "wee country" would be paradise. It bugs me even more that no-one ever calls this out, not the media, not the SDLP, not Alliance and SF only in very limited circumstances and then very quietly. Nationalists have be tip toeing around unionism for a century, it is no longer the "minority" a term UU politicians of old used in the most perforative fashion. Equality can no longer be a one way street.
The other thing that gets me is Protestant emigration and why nothing is ever done about it. They don't actually care.  It doesn't make sense
I'm doing a course at UU and there is 120 at a lecture on a Monday, from going through the class register and the amount of GAA tops in it each week I conservatively put it at 100/20 wee Fenians.

And no doubt Jim Allister will be along again soon to describe the universities in the north as "cold houses for unionism" or similar, when what he's really pissed off about is them uppity taigs daring to go and get themselves an education.

Brilliant episode of the last of us. Violence dialled up to 11.

Seemed a miracle happened midway through it. Still, enjoyed it.

Miracle strange but flesh eating zombies ok  ;D

I think i need therapy after that episode

Within the internal universe of the show, yes it was miraculous, as the whole thing has been grittily "realistic" to date. To be on death's door then suddenly operating at about 95% of his capacity mere seconds later was a bit much.

More than happy to suspend my disbelief though. Cracking episode.
