GAA Discussion / Re: What's Going on in Parnells?

They could all take Daddy's chopper over to Artane!

Feels like it should be a bigger story than it appears to be. An all time, Tier 1 catastrophe story of mismanagement within the GAA. Given the Revenue cases at the minute, the need for greater regular and oversight is plain to see.

There was a credit union up in that part of the world that suffered from similar incompetence during the boom times when the numbers involved became ever more eye watering. The more professional things become, the more professional management is required.

What are you crying about now? Touched a nerve has he? If you're representative of Irish America he'd not be wrong to suggest how embarrassed by you we frequently are.

If so, he's stayed in character pretty well for 40 odd years.

Refs helped them in fairness. Inexplicable decision to let the Eagles keep the opening kickoff fumble recovery after multiple replays showed Nixon recovering it.

Clear second yellow, pretending otherwise is daft.

Never a penalty.

Then again, it's Maguire, so if that wasn't one, he definitely got away with one a different time.

Quote from: Blowitupref on January 12, 2025, 04:00:36 PMPenalty for Muff correct call? Red card also. They lead 1-13 to 2-9 with a few minutes to go

Level with a free.

Don't think it was a penalty, free in. Nor was the equalising point a foul either

Nah it was, he was smacked from behind.

Just about the right call I think.

Too many wides for the boys from Muff so far.

Not a Kodiak but I have both the Karoq and the kamiq. Not a bother with either of them. Skoda are great for reliability.

Chargers started off like a freight train, Dissly had a bad drop and it's been downhill since.

Quote from: quit yo jibbajabba on January 11, 2025, 10:42:25 PMWhat did Gavin white do at end, was only half watching. Bloody phones

End of normal time with about 30 seconds left he booted a free long needlessly. Errigal did a great job pressuring everyone in fairness but there had to be a run for a short and then give it back to him.

Canavan's looked like cramp for sure.

Guess what, some of the main culprits yapping about Cawley dismissed Armagh/CE posters' complaints about the ref after the Ulster semi out of hand.

Ulster football is absolutely the worst for this shite, and by a distance.
