Some amount of egg on the pasty faces of the white supremacists who to tried to lynch Smollett in the right-wing media!

Stand up Fox News and every other lying partisan right-wing media outlet, and the racist white supremacist Donald Trump!

It just goes to show that Republicans believe entirely in FAKE NEWS!

A complete and total exoneration for Smollett!

Now to track down and lock up the racist scum in the MAGA hats who perpetrated this hate crime on him!

Are you taking the piss, if you are not you are seriously mixed up
Eamonn/sid  is just on here to take the pss

I hope they help him away from GAA kids in Sf as he would be dangerous around impressionable minds!

Jeez some of you lads have an irrational hatred of trump...

Cant admit he didn't collude with Russia ( seriously come on did you ever think it was possible!!)

Also that he isn't doing a better economic job than Obama..  really ffs!!

Trump is a shady businessman, Obama a real politician and diplomat ( ie talks a great game but does fcuk all)

This thread is hilarious!

Catchy tune. Should be easy enough to identify the venue but will anyone bother.

'We hate Catholics' chant by Northern Ireland fans condemned by IFA
Video circulating online showing group singing described as 'utterly wrong'

A video circulating online appearing to show Northern Ireland football fans chanting "we hate Catholics" has been condemned by the Irish Football Association.

The video shows a number of individuals in Northern Ireland football jerseys in a function room, standing on chairs and chanting.

The small group can be heard chanting "We hate Catholics, everybody hates Roman Catholics," to the tune of Tiffany's 1987 song 'I Think We're Alone Now'. In a statement on Twitter, the football association of Northern Ireland said the behaviour was "utterly wrong and we condemn sectarianism in any form."

The Twitter user who uploaded the video on Monday, claimed it had been taken the day beforehand, in a Belfast pub. The user who uploaded it was not present in the pub, but stated he had been sent the video by someone who was.

By Tuesday afternoon the video had been circulated widely on social media, and viewed over 400,000 times on Twitter.

Naomi Long, leader of the Alliance Party and East Belfast MLA, described the conduct in the video as "genuinely disgusting."

Ms Long said she hoped the Irish Football Association (IFA) would work with the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI), "to verify this clip, identify those involved and ensure they are banned from future games."

Sinead Ennis, Sinn Féin MLA and party spokeswoman for sport, called on the IFA to act to "identify and punish those involved."

Ms Ennis said there could be no place for such behaviour in sport. "It is a hate crime and every possible step should be taken to stamp it out," she said.

"I have been in contact with the IFA and my party colleague, Councillor Claire Canavan has reported it to the PSNI to stress that there should be zero tolerance to such disgusting displays of hate," Ms Ennis said.

On Sunday Northern Ireland beat Belarus 2-1 in Windsor Park, with a late goal from Josh Magennis giving them the win in the Euro 2020 qualifier match

.... they haven changed a bit.... despite thinking they had fooled everyone....

Where are the usual  gaaboard apologists now......

The report doesn't actually exonerate Trump though even though he's after tweeting it has.
We should know more than most...
"Innocent until proven guilty"...

I'm not arguing that. I just said it didn't exonerate him as his tweet suggested.
I'd say it kind of does under the premise of innocent until proven guilty.
Its wordplay to suggest otherwise.

This was a huge idiotic wild goose chase to go after trump with. I'm sure there are many other things he could be hung out to dry on.. but these big ticket ones those idiot Democrats  chose to pursue are just completely obviously false!!

If a General Election is called it's Corbyn + 2nd Referendum v. New Tory leader and possible No Deal Brexit. My personal hope is that the Tories once again overestimate the strength of their hand, blame May and go for the election. I could see many who don't like Corbyn voting for Labour in order to get a second referendum....mitigating his "polarising" nature. Potentially interesting times ahead.

More likely is that the Tories realise this, f**k over the DUP and accept the deal.

Still unlikely to have the numbers though. Most likely the new Independent Group will also vote the deal down and Labour rebels would be mortally afraid of the whip this time and vote on party lines.

Lynchboy, forget about reunification, Bertie Ahern said a while back it would bankrupt us trying to support them.

Reunification is going to happen. It's only a matter of when. Brexit is speeding it up.
It would see lol that way Seanie.

I think now that we are in a v string position of leverage we should use it and get as big a payoff for the useless lazy dole and benefit lovin hoors as we possibly can whilewe are in a position of power!!

A good few research findings I've read over the past couple of years would fly in the face of that completely...

Plus you are quoting Bertie!!!!!
Only if it was about himself he'd give a feck. Why would he want reunification... it would supersede the GFA and he wouldn't continue to have his meal ticket as guest speaker on how he created the GFA.

Any reunification would be subsidised by British gov and EU for a good number of years. As was the case for post ww2 Germany and Japan.
Right now we have all the aces on our hand, the British want Brexit but can't because of 6 counties, EU want Brexit on their terms but can't because of 6 counties... reunification could be the long term backstop replacement and we get paid of massively for it!!
Plus most of the unionist/loyalist scumbags will head over to live in Blighty.
The decent non Irish supporting ones will stay.

If the spinners were any good, now is the time to go after reunification.

The British gov and people would do anything to get a Brexit deal... they would be quite happy to give back the 6 counties...

Plus a deal now could gain even more in annual payoff over next 25 years from British gov as a sustainment payoff and sweetener.

In fact our Irish gov should be chasing this as much as sf... esp as research has shown that a reunited Ireland would be a bigger investment and economic entity than the divided Ireland is now

The British people should be included in a referendum to see whether they want to keep the north of Ireland... I'd expect a resounding no!!

Big game tomorrow... with Aberdeen making statements about beating Celtic in Celtic Park!

The hibs drawing with the huns has further dented their bandwagon, so a home victory tomorrow puts the Celts 10 points ahead and really would be a Devon loch-esque collapse to lose the league from there.

We do a lot of our work with Klub Funder, registration, selling club gear, ballots, tickets for dos and that. They also do last man standing and of course the Lotto. We haven't foot the Lotto started given we use the Down Club Draw. Give them a shout, don't think there's a charge for it, just the percentage to stripe or PayPal or whatever you use.

Thanks a million Squareball and NorfTyrone
Much appreciated

Gotta love tinternet. For years weve had celtic and rangers fans arguing over whether rangers are defunct and now its celtic and celtic fans. This is great. Carry on. As you were 😃
Think you will find these wum clowns are liverpool,  Leeds, and man Utd fans... not Celtic fans

They just lack manners and class.
Why else would you be on a thread posting jibes about a team you don't like and are in some way jealous of...
Pot, kettle, black.
Talking about yourself?

Poor taste and bad manners to evoke real/fictional dead people as an attempt to make an excuse to feign offence.

I don't be rushing to accept your judgement on manners, taste or etiquette anytime soon!
Mine are top notch!
:)
You really are a piece of work.  With respect to our earlier exchange, I made no mention of the word offence.  I was merely stating the obvious fact that if you sing pro IRA chants and songs, it's sectarian.
By stating that you a quite clearly taking offence and said you were offended

I will disagree those so he are sectarian

If I sung them it doesn't mean anything. I'd not hate loyalists/unionists/protestants ... these aren't mentioned in these songs anyway..
They are songs of rebellion against oppression

So stop taking offence just because you and your ilk wish to find fault

I dislike idiots and erseholes no mattter what religion or persuasion
