Quote from: southtyronegael on May 31, 2025, 10:04:17 PMCan someone explain that performance to me please and thank you.

Look at the half forward line for a start. 3 games in a row it's been totally changed during the game. Certain players can't score, can't tackle, don't field the ball ànd can't run.

Exactly my views

Just seen your post spot on.Will MOR go with the same ineffective HF line 4 games in a row?

In previous 3 games he's tried Daly, donaghy, Oguz, Harte, Seanie O'Donnell, m Donnelly, mark Bradley and Ruairi Canavan for smaller spell today

And none has worked.Did Devlin and Potter from last years u20's figure at any trials?

Quote from: tyroneman on May 31, 2025, 08:36:25 PMCavan, tails up, at a neutral venue will not be easy.

Not if this shitshow is repeated

Cavan will tuck tail once Tyrone turn up the heat at all. As sure as night follows day. Unless they show something against Donegal tomorrow, to suggest they've they're no longer as psychologically brittle as they've shown umpteen times over the years (and I don't necessarily mean winning it) then I don't see us changing the pattern of multiple capitulations v Tyrone, our ultimate bête noir. At best a moral victory before yielding in the deciding minutes, like in Breffni last year.

The run has to end sometime.

Quote from: tyrone08 on May 31, 2025, 09:16:30 PMMalachy record so far isnt great reading. Relegation to division 2, beaten by Armagh, Win against a most likely tired Donegal team, beaten by Mayo.

The Cavan game is going to be a big one.

It's his first year and he's made mistakes so will give him a bye on that. The biggest mistake is going back instead of forward. Asking players who left to come back hasn't worked. He should have brought more of the U20's in instead.

Quote from: tyrone08 on May 31, 2025, 09:02:54 PMAny wonder attendance had been low. Since 2021 we have seen poor performance after poor performance. Anytime we get a win we go out and undo it next game.

Said it after the aramgh game that darren is our only scoring threat. Once teams kept him quiet we are always going to be trouble.

Very disheartening performance from players and management today.

After this season I believe its time to completely overhaul the squad. Too many poor performances from the same players.

Quote from: thebigfullforward on May 31, 2025, 08:28:29 PMI can't wait to see the kickout stats after the game. Would be surprised if we've won over 20% of the long kickouts from both sides. Shea O'Hare hasn't been up to scratch either but can't blame him with very little game time in league

No can't blame O'Hare and agree he should have had more game time. There's players that are getting chance after chance and continuously flopping. We lack leadership and players who are willing to stand up and be counted. 3 occasions in the second half Kilpatrick once and A Donaghy twice were looking for someone to take the ball from them when none available they had no idea what to do. Blown up for overcharging and one cheaply given away.

Quote from: reddgnhand on May 31, 2025, 07:42:12 PMCould Morgan not have punched that out. He's becoming a serious liability.

Ah bit of an overreaction. Assume he wanted to keep it in play to work a score.

A bit of an overreaction? He cost Tyrone the game against Armagh, almost cost the game last week when he again couldn't keep his head and hit a quick kick out to a Tyrone man surrounded by 3 Donegal men which resulted in a 2 pointer for Donegal and now tonight.

Quote from: tyrone08 on May 31, 2025, 07:42:19 PMNeed a huge 2nd half. Consistency still seems to be the issue with tyrone.

Too many poor players. S O'Donnell taking out last week has done nothing in a Tyrone Jersey and as for the Other Trillick forward.

That team needed a big result. They can only go one way now.
