Will be interesting to see how this pans out. Wonder will the Donaghadee KC be taking an unfair dismissal case for him the way he did the lad from Emerson's?  Have to say that the NI Industrial Tribunals is the place to be at the moment with Donna Traynor there too with the BBC!!
Was there a ruling on the Emerson unfair dismissal case yet?

Not yet. Generally it takes 3-4 months for a ruling but given that this case was heard by the President I suspect the decision will be out sooner...he doesn't hang around!

Watched it again there, it's almost like a comedy sketch, smacking your man in the gob with the big hand cannon, then telling him he'd have lost his knees if it wasn't for his "mate" in the back all the while turning round and pointing the gun at the "mate".

The "mate" then almost in shock saying he's shaking like a leaf....

Only in Belfast. ;D

Your near neighbours in ards may have something to say abou that ;D

They're still pucking the heads of themselves in Ards, the odd petrol bombing and the likes and it's not making the news the same...

Wonder why???

If it's the one in the estate surrounded by ghetto rats. That's another (loyalist sc**bag) fella entirely, lifted in Cregagh estate for possession of a machete.

Because it was initially portrayed as Loyalist drug gangs in a turf fight, local media tried to get the Loyalist part dropped off all reporting on this as the peelers walked hand in hand with these lads through the town and had the helicopter hovering over the place.

The media coverage died a death yet the petrol bombings of certain businesses and houses went on, people being relocated to other area's etc etc.

You can't be having that in the press as we start the marching season, nothing to see here, move swiftly on.
