Heartbroken, devastated, completely numbed all day. So hard to comprehend or to come to terms with this. Just a few days ago I was so happy to see he made the Sigerson Team of the year to this now. Anytime we talk about Sligo's future Red Og's name would always come up as a beacon of hope. A gentle giant. My heart goes out to all his family and friends, his club Curry, and all my fellow Sligonians. Rest in peace, Red Og.
