In the second half, the true colours began to show.

How? How do you show something on the radio. Like how?

Just listened to a teacher, Shane O'Neill, on Radio Ulster talk about 2 October 1978 and how he was caned for writing "very" in front of a teacher's "good" remark.   I enjoyed the piece and it is on Radio Ulster just before 12 tonight.  It is probably our O'Neill and I will always think of him on the birthday that I share with Sting!

Brilliant

Hey ChrisOWC,

NI was a manufactured majority, and is neither a country nor a nation. If it was, then an estate in Dungannon could declare that its majority wish to become Northern Portugal.

The majority of people in Ireland did not want partition then nor now. Thnakfully for you, Great Britain wants to maintain this ridiculous situation until 2018.

I'm all for a FF/SDLP hook up.

It will give the north Down electorate the chance to vote for real politicians (instead of a visiting Tory)

Do the people who claim that there are bigots on both sides on the northern divide really believe such? Here is a list of activities that ordinary prods get up to, and your challenge is to counter them with things that taigs have done.

Throwing urine on primary school children
Knifing a 13 year old five times in the back in north Belfast
Burning the 3 Quinn children to death in Ballymoney
Shouting abuse at southern teams in the Milk cup
Calling gays evil

I need a promise of girls. How about wrapping the night up with a wet tee shirt competition? More water!

A SURVEY of Northern Ireland voters has found significant support among nationalists for maintaining the Union.
That's just sillly, if they're in favour of maintaining the union they aren't nationalists - the sentence makes no sense  ::)

Exactly.
