He makes some valid points but, ironically, he seems to miss the bigger picture himself. As with so many aspects of the GAA he is looking after his own patch only and there is nobody coordinating the whole thing. We need to stop looking at competitions in isolation and instead figure out where each competition fits in and who should be allowed to play it. I know for a fact that Kerry U21 managers have prevented players playing a training with Universities at stages of the year, weaker counties can't always insist upon that, so of course JO'C isn't complaining as he has nothing to complain about.
