Utterly embarrassing today. Too much to ask for to beat Huddersfield and keep a clean sheet. Completely out of any confidence levels and a lot not fit to wear the shirt. A rush to the door to get out of this mess for some of the players.
OGS needs to be ruthless in the summer doesn't matter with inexperience Stevie Wonder could tell you who to get rid of!  ???

Keep - Mata, McTominay, Lindelof, Shaw, Herrara.
Keep as squad players - Rashford, Lingard, Fred, Romero.

The rest - out.

It's great that the Liverpool ones who are never on this thread (and backed by others  ;D ) are actually never off the thread! I suppose 30 years of failure, getting knocked off your perch will do that

Ye have been knocked off ye're perch 6 years now! How time flies!

Not by Liverpool though, if it gets to losing after  gaining 97 points and still losing out, when the likes of Leicester won with 70 points!

Ye have been knocked off by your neighbours - Who Fergie said would never happen in his lifetime!

The perch quote I believe was about League titles won which was Liverpool 18 to Man United's 7. And that probably was Fergusons biggest challenge.

Will be no massive clear out in one summer, this isn't football management on play station lads. Plus the players shown the door this summer must be replaced with a certain quality that can improve the team and deliver some badly needed leadership.

I'd hope de gea would get back to the levels he was at last year. Doesn't justify what he's looking for at the moment. Mind you I would give Romero a chance last game of the season. Obviously it goes without saying others stealing a wage.
I agree it's not football manager mode. Getting an experienced director of football with a decent background would be as much a signing in itself.

Nope. United are still the most successful club in England.  By the time City get to 20 titles SAF will likely be long gone.

I'd say it tough if yas don't win anything, the line though if it's been a great season but bridesmaids again is wearing thin, progress from fourth to second is pretty good though

'Twas funny on Wednesday night I had at least ten Utd fans slandering about Liverpool and absolutely nothing from them yesterday or today... strange that!!

I couldn't give a shite about Liverpool but United continued demise is a great source of satisfaction!!

And MR2 aint even a Utd fan Screen! Well he is. But he isnt.....makes as much sense on here as he does on other threads

That was fairly awful. Started off bright and had Huddersfield pinned back but after 15 minutes seemed to lose interest or something. That's the best way to describe it. You can't rely on a clean sheet with this lot and so the equaliser came - ironically after Ole had got them going again by bringing in Herrera and Chong. That set them back and even though they raised a bit of a late charge with Pogba hitting the woodowrk again you felt the winner wasn't going to come. I hate the Thursday nights but in truth the team was consigned to it before yesterday anyway.

Why does United bother you so much?

Ur the kind I really don't understand, I get United/Liverpool fans (or any other rivals) who think it's ok to slag off each other, no matter how misguided/crass they are they think they are doing it for the right reasons most of us just have different boundaries as to what is acceptable. The fan who glories most in another teams woes is an absolute mystery to me?
