Heard this came out of the blue. On Rouse, I've heard most clubs say the same thing about him, great trainer but maybe a bit lacking when it comes to actually managing a team i.e picking the team, ingame switches? Bendyerback, I have to admit though, you're very knowledgable about things in the east, one would nearly assume you visit all the local shopkeepers each morning.

Was never the same after the Gortin boys got at him.

Sure Rouse is an outside man now. Last team he played with was Moy!

Rouse returned to Brackaville after featuring for the Moy think he played the following year for them in the championship in Galbally (I think) can’t remember the opposition. Regarding McNally going to the Fianna, find it harsh that Brackaville continually get any talent ate up by the Fianna, I’m thinking the Early’s, did Corr go last year?

In my day the earlys were always fianna men.  A fall out occurred so they left but eventually returned.

Think Bob Jr. wants to test himself and see if he's up to it at senior level instead of yo-yo'in between divisions with our cousins in red.

His grandfather a fianna man too won O'Neill cup.

The East isn’t that big fellows, sure we’re all related in the East. As for visiting the shopkeepers, the news isn’t in the Irishnews, the news is got during the purchase of the Irishnews.
Young Bob will make the move. Brackaville have suffered at the hands of na Fianna for years, it has always remained a bail out option for disgruntled Roes men. I’d like to see Brackaville do well and that would require them holding on to the players they have. They have overcome some big obstacles in the past few years and with facitilities that every club aspires to have it would be nice to see them progress. They have reached out and their youth numbers are growing. There are young kids from Newmills now playing for Brackaville which is a welcome sight. Credit where credit’s due.

Suffered at the hands of the fianna a bit strongly worded no?

Sean Corr transferred from Roes to Fianna last year - don't think he kicked a ball for the seniors.
IMHO Sean McNally Jnr could be something similar - hard worker so hope I'm wrong.

Gervin left them to go to Ardboe as well? Not really fair on a the Roes. Theres a lot of clubs in the area and a constant drain of their best players is disheartening. Are they fielding underage teams?

You could be right.
Who would he be likely to replace? Who would McKeever drop to play Bob? If he wasn’t going to make it on to na fianna senior team he would be better staying where he’s at.
