Hmmm, interesting result last night.  The Lakers could be in trouble now.  Could the nightmare for the US TV stations come true.... a Magic v Nuggets finals?

Twas a great game. Don't know why the Lakers didn't get the ball to Kobe at the end. Fisher hasn't shot the ball well in the playoffs and Kobe had made 2 3's with Anthony literally poking him in the eye :o
Still expect the Lakers to win it. Gasol, Odom and Bynam need to start controlling the boards though.

The man is unreal!
2 pts down 1 second to go, who do you want with the ball only the league MVP.  He steps up to the plate with a three pointer to win the game, thought the finish wednesday was good but this tops it all!  People may find basketball boring but the game tonight would change alot of veiws.  Both finals have been excellent so far, hopefully it continues this way!

Puckoon

Can't believe that he drained that shot. I think the magic are in a fight now, they should be going to Orlando 2-0 up. That would have been game set and match in my opinion.

Minder

Looks like there wont be the dream Lakers v Cavs final, Orlando 3-1 up.

All too easy for the lakers last night. Orlando depends on Howard to suck in defenders and his perimeter men to knock down their shots. If their shooting if off then it'll turn into a hack-a-howard as he's relatively poor from the free-throw line.
Lakers in 6.

Puckoon

Lakers looked good last night but Orlando didn't compete.

The NBA is horse cr#p, if you want to watch millionare athletes play for 10 minutes the NBA is what you need to watch.

Now if you want to watch athletes play every second of every play watch the Stanley Cup Finals. A hundred mph puck into the ribs, a stick to the face drawing blood, a check into the boards that cracks the glass - no problem!! Play on!!

No comparison DH! Ice hockey is woeful to watch. The playoffs in the NBA this year have been fantastic viewing. The superstars have been playing tons of minutes and there is nothing better in American sport than watching Kobe when he gets the bit between his teeth.

Ice Hockey is one of the hardest sports to play. It requires endurance, speed, muscle, toughness, coordination, split second adjustments and killer instincts.

The action is non-stop from 1st period till the end.

Yes, some of these NBA stars are out on the court for the majority of the game but they usually only put in about ten minutes of hard playing time per game.

The only exciting time in B-Ball is the last 3-6 minutes of the game.

And unlike the NBA (King James "The Gentleman") the NHL players are out there shaking hands at the end of a series.

please do not try and apply your version of logic to my own criteria of what constitutes a sport.

ice is for cooling my drink and watching other people slip on in the street.

Ice hockey is fantastic - and I'd have it above any of the other North American sports

would prefer the NFL to them both to be honest, but the other 3 are close together, couldn't call between them,
though the NBA playoffs this year have been fantastic!
