The Mayobridge team of the late 90's early 2000s were unlucky.  They won 7 or 8 Co titles but came up against Crossmaglen in Ulster a few times who went on to win All Irelands.  It was a team full of flair with Linden, Coulter Walsh Sexton & co.  The fact Francie Bellew nearly decapitated Mickey Linden in an Ulster match didn't help their cause!

From memory we only played Mayobridge that one time in the Ulster Final when Benny Coulter left Mickey Linden in the firing line with the worst hospital pass you've ever seen. They flattered to deceive and were probably over egged due to the general weakness of Down club football at the time.

Scotstown of the late 70's and Clan na Gael of the early 70's won 3 Ulster's in a row each but never pushed on to win the AI.

Mayobridge were an excellent side and their best chance was probably in 2001 when they should have beaten Ballinderry. The forward line was unreal.
Bryansford were so unlucky in the 70s as they got beaten by East Kerry in the 1971 all Ireland final. That would not be allowed now. But they were some side, Big Oliver Burns, Willie Kane , Eugene Grant, they were ahead of their time is Down club football.

Clanns ran into an All Star assembled team from UCD a few times, again not allowed today.

Yes BC1 I'd of course throw ourselves in for this.  Before my time but it looks like that side should really have won one. To lose to UCD after a replay and then Universities to be removed from the competition would have been hard to take I'd say, but sure.

If you take out the hurling counties where clubs have won the All Ireland you still have almost half of counties who have never won a club title.

According to Wikipedia, teams from Monaghan, Carlow, Meath, Offaly, Kildare, Sligo , Tyrone, Donegal , Clare , Westmeath, Tipp and Longford have won provincial championships but not the All Ireland.(10)
No club from Cavan, Fermanagh, Kilkenny, Leitrim, London, Louth, Waterford or Wexford has ever won a national or provincial title. (5)
