What a joke

Games are pencilled in too close together.

Respective councils' fault.

Quote from: pbat on December 10, 2023, 04:22:30 PMSure lets stick a few ads on, earn a couple of quid.

Or go to the wall and not have any games on...

There was only 7 minutes until half time in Armagh, there was no need for ads at that time they could have waited 7 minutes. The GAA contract should prohibit ads during play.
If at first you don't succeed, then goto Plan B

Lot to compliment tg4 on but that was a disgraceful decision. They already had a break before penalties and was no reason to miss 2/3 minutes of an ulster final to show ads. Especially so close to half time.

and especially as no ad break would have been scheduled there had they coverage of the game started when it should

Hard to make out a thing with that side angle camera.

I'm enjoying the men giving out about missing some of the game, while missing more of the game giving out about it on here!  ;D

Ye all are a crying bunch of feckers. Moan moan moan. How else do tg4 pay for the service without ads?

If you are that desperate to see it, Armagh is fairly central and easy to get in and out of.
A bit damper than sitting on your hole complaining and saving £15 though.

If this doesn't stop I'm gonna start complaining about the boys complaining at the boys complaining. I think

I'd expect any broadcaster not to take ads in middle of live game. People already had missed first 20 minutes of the game. They easily could have delayed the ads to half time. They had taken ads ten minutes earlier before the penalties. And the game is blocked online in the north.

befair

Stop complaining; without TG4 club football would receive no coverage

Milltown Row2

An ad lasts 2 minutes..

The problem was not taking into consideration that the game could have went to penalties
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

It's not blocked by TG4, it's your ISP & easily rectified. Cahair O'Kane has to be told this every year
