What makes the difference when being able to stream matches on the app, blocked from the munster final but able to use it for the Ulster final, is it if its a match in the 6 counties I can view it or if its involving a team from the 6 counties?

On a device or what from? If you use location on your device it'll work. If not it probably won't as it thinks you're in uk with ip address.

On the phone and tried casting it onto a chromecast, face this problem all the time some days it works others it doesn't and awful signal for the free state channels so can't watch on normal tv
