First traffic lights in the Republic were installed on the Baggot St/Fitzwilliam St junction in Dublin in 1947.

Longford got its first traffic lights in 1982.

Many women unsure what traffic lights are for.

The 'story' is a load of shite. Green traffic lights are targeted because they are closest to the ground and you get grills over them in many places.
