Lemme see.

I remember Connollys and Ardagh ended up 7 apiece.

Slashers and Rthcline each 1-10 perhaps.  Laurel will confirm.

Shams beat Clonguish 0-15 to 0-12 with the few Clonguishes unimpressed with Rocky Tierneys refley performance
Windies beat Cashel 1-17 to 1-06

They can if they are in Ireland ziggy. Irish DAB is surely based on what's in the UK.

I think it's because the signal is shite - I see a signalometer showing 1 bar. I can nearly see Three Rock transmitter from the window so it must be down or summat.

The .1% of the population with DAB radios should protest.

Wins for Ballymahon over Clonguish and Fr. manning Gaels over Cashel this weekend in the Championship.

Previous weeks saw two draws (Rathcline v Slashers and Ardagh v Connollys)

I think.

Thanks LL.

I did look at that site but missed this link which is of more interest

http://www.digitalradio.ie/coverage.htm

As I said I can see the station names in the panel so I am getting some sort of signal. Just no sound - I may need to re-configure it somehow.

General discussion / DAB Radio

Just bought off ebay a UK DAB radio.

I can see various Irish DAB channels like RTE Gold etc but there is "No DAB Service"

Am I doing something wrong. Are there any digital radio broadcasting in ROI. RTE radio website has a digital section but is it actually broadcasting?

Any help would be appreciated (I hope the fact that it's a UK import is inconsquential)

At least Dick Roche is gone. He won't be a happy bunny.

No room for Mammy but she'll be happy to see the nephew in.

Bertie playing it safe.

Shur ye all want 'Rocky' Tierney to be in charge  :D

I believe that Colmcille players are eating raw turnips in preparation for the game v The Swampies.

A handy win here for our cousins in red and green, surely!

As a voter in Dun Laoghaire I must admit I didn't see one leaflet or appearance by the elusive Eoin O'Broin or his, eh, machine.

He had the odd poster in view but where the feck did he canvas unless he stuck to the Ballybrack/Sallynoggin/rough end of Dun Laoghaire area.

So are SF always goin to rely on the John Player Blue/Irish Daily Star faction for votes in ROI? If so then they will soon become very very marginalised - up there with Tomás MacGiolla and Ruairaidh (spell) O'Bradaigh.

RIP

When he took over Longford in 1996 or so I went to a 'Fans Forum' in O'Donoghues in Merrion Row.

Eamon has us well fired by the end of the night - so much so I almost came out of retirement! He predicted bright times ahead for a talented young Longford team and blooded manys a fine player.

He time in Longford was not so great, results wise. A defeat to Wicklow and a thumping by Offaly was his championship return

A sound decent man that would have done anything for you and he will be missed by all that encountered him.

The GAA has lost a shining light.

I heard he turned up to a hurling training session recently.

Don't think he's really focussed to be honest.
