What did everyone make of McKaigue last night? Been a tremendous player for Derry over the years but he seemed a bit off it last night. Just not as strong when it comes to tackling the man as he normally is.

You'd think he'll be under pressure from the likes of Baker for his place when McEvoy comes back.

Amazing how he's still doing it after so long. He's played poor enough this week but his purple patches were enough to carry him through matches.

Love the needle between him and Carter. Few sly digs at the end in the speech.

Two great putts there from Fleetwood back to back to get the job done.

Just happened to turn over to the golf there with McIlroy on the 14th green. Some stinker from him. 3 putted from about 2 feet.

How he pushed and pushed for a one footed winger he had worked with previously at ridiculous money thinking it would work in the Premier league is beyond me. Antony had a decent start to his Utd career scoring a few goals but once defenders caught on to him he's been stone useless. I honestly don't know how he's got as far as he has being so completely inept on his right foot.

Sancho is a p***k but hopefully he goes and has a decent season at Dortmund now so they can at least get a decent sell on price for him.

Rashford commenting under Sancho's instagram post in support of Sancho sums him up this season. Probably an explanation for why he's been walking round games like he's on his period all season.
Would it not have been better for Rashford to give Sancho a call to wish him the best?Suppose it's the world we live in but not a great look him doing that as looks as though siding with Sancho, especially given what he's offered up this season.

My thoughts exactly. It's very much turned into a Sancho vs ETH situation and however minor Rashfords comments it's a bad look.

Watching Tourist atm it's so bad it's laughable but still watchable in a weird way

Decent enough show, passed a couple of evenings for us if nothing else.

Michelle Keegan makes it a bit better.

Quote from: Blowitupref on December 31, 2023, 04:12:02 PMArsenal after 20 games last season had 50 points. With €235m spent in the summer to improve their team/squad further it's certainly a surprise to see them 10 points worse off this season.

Who did they buy other than Rice ?

Havertz and Timber although they've been unfortunate with him. Also whatever they've agreed to pay for Raya which certainly hasn't helped them.

How poor was last years PL if this rabble made top four handily?

De Gea was in goals. There was the bounce of a new Manager. United were in the less squad taxing Europa League. Part of how well Liverpool are doing this season in the Premier League has to do with them being in the Europa League.

Onana has been poor but let's not pretend De Gea was any better. He had his fair share of stinkers last season too. I think the fact he's still without a club is telling.

Good performance there in the 2nd half once them remembered about the offside rule. Almost like he let the handbrake off and just let them go for it.

Be a big relief for Hojlund. Hopefully he can kick on now and bang them in regularly.

You'd hope Utd could build on that result but knowing how it goes they'll probably get tanked at Forest on Saturday.

You come to expect nothing else. West Ham were brutal for large parts and still going to come away with a comfortable win.

Can't see ETH lasting too long once the Ratcliffe deal is completed.

Some amount of garbage playing for Utd there today.

Liverpool poor enough in the 1st half. Some sloppy enough play from them at times.

It's just unfortunate that Utd are abysmal and offered absolutely nothing going forward.

What was Onana up to there?

Rooted to his line and giving up the entire right side of the goal.

Your man was probably going to score no matter what but Onana doesn't cover himself in glory there with his attempts to stop it. Doesn't even try to close him down.
