That time of year again....

Anyone found a good solution to house flies...
I am tortured with them

I know there is spraying but heard mixed reports

Limoncilla candles provide a good temporary respite at the cost of an unusual smell

Hope it makes the sound effect as well!!!

Nothing as off putting as a deli or cafe and flies all around the tray bakes sitting out!!

Had heard of lemon scented geranium plants too but I'd imagine the effect would be minimal

A bowl of cider vinegar and washing up liquid. Does the trick all the time

Do you throw it at them?  ;D

The tape was always best I thought. It's ugly, but it works.

The sister in law walked into a fully laden sticky tape one back at their oul pair's house about 20 years ago and it stuck to her hair.  ;D Some screaming and crying over that!

I'd a right problem with fruit flies last year. I did this solution too.  small bit in a glass and a wee shaped paper cone on top so the flies could get in but not out.  worked a treat.
