The Fury's really are a family of scumbags aren't they?

In between phone calls today, she'll be up the ladder trying to patch up that roof.

Quote from: tiempo on Today at 01:51:08 PMKath on reception is currently the 8th best receptionist in the league, by 6pm on Sunday she could be 6th best, its a fickle sport but I wish her well in her reception-based endeavors for the week ahead knowing that her contribution far outweighs anything Rashford has done this season

Kath has been working from home too much and taking the complete piss. Now Jim has her back in the office she should be back in the Top 4 next season.

That's both his and Campbells in the one play. Campbell had missed a slightly easier one by a country mile earlier in the 2nd half.

That is an absolutely outstanding interview by Burns, cutting through the waffle.

This line from Jarlath Burns sums up the like of Simon Harris getting involved:

QuoteYou would almost think there was an election coming up."

United should have looked to appoint Richard Hughes, a very average footballer in his day, to the job. Or maybe their playing days have nothing to do with their ability to do the job they were hired to do. . .

Some of you are very fussy. I enjoyed that.

Quote from: tyroneman on May 12, 2024, 05:05:17 PMArmagh def the better team. Hopefully the mystic Jimmy bullshit will die on its arse here today and the papers will have to find someone else to eulogise. Certainly nothing special about DnG tactics so far.

Joe is gonna be heartbroken.

This has been decent so far. Pleasantly surprised. Some very good points. Gallen and Turbitt going well.

How many go out of the group stages?

Quote from: square_ball on May 10, 2024, 01:31:48 PMWe've been looking up holidays for next May for a family of 5 in the usual places - Majorca, Salou, Albufeira and they're not coming in with much change from £4k and a lot of those are just half board. Pre Covid for a family of 4 we got an inclusive for under £2k in Lanzorote similar time of year.

11 nights in camping Sanguli, sleeps 6, 1400.

Same again then for flights to get there. Have actually been to that place before albeit stated in the lodges and its a really good spot.

Quote from: Look-Up! on May 09, 2024, 09:13:12 AMJoselu is something else though. Doesn't matter if it's the Bernabeu or Stoke on a wet windy night, the man delivers!!!

More like he couldn't do it on a wet windy night in Stoke. Crazy that 2 failed former Stoke strikers were leading the line at the end of a Champions League Semi Final.

Quote from: square_ball on May 08, 2024, 10:49:14 PMLinesman shouldn't have flagged but Madrid players had stopped playing before the ball ended up in the net so who knows how it would have panned out.
The linesman flag carries no weight, players should only play until they hear the ref's whistle.
In any VAR the linesman's flag would be ignored.

Yeah you're right Madrid players did play to the whistle. Whistle went, they stopped playing and De Ligt finished it. I just think it's not the big injustice it's being made out to be.
