Definitely a team in transition but didn't get out of Div 2 or win a championship game in the two years he was in charge, not a great record. Thought he would give it one more year though myself.

Tweets from the GAA are indicating that Sparrow O'Loughlin has left Clare. I'm a bit surprised at that. I know they took a trimming from Galway, but there are some good hurlers coming through there.

It was a bad result, but moving out of the county is a bit drastic.
