Anyone able to offer any advice or suggestions on the best roof box and accessories to purchase.
Is there a particular brand that is most popular?
I do have roof rails on the car but what additional accessories do I need to buy?
1. Roof bars - is there a best option to go for? Do the roof bars screw into the raised rails?
2. Roof box - should I go for a the largest capacity with a dual opening
3. What are foot packs for? I know they go on raised roof rails.
4. Wingbar - do you need both roof bars and wing bars?

I have a Halfords own brand 470L box, must be 15 yrs old now. All accessories came with it i think. Store everything inside it between trips (few and far between nowdays). Bit footery getting it on, i'd recommend a 2 man job for a first attempt at getting it on. A 470L box is plenty big enough whatever you buy.
