Congratulations to the Fianna yesterday. 3 in a row is a marvellous acheivement by this young team. Many of these young men won an Ulster minor title last year too. Great credit must go to their management. Surely Damien O' Hagan must be considered as a future County Minor manager.

Surely if there was a vacancy at County Minor management level, the Noel Donnelly/ Ciaran Mc Bride combination would be favourites for the job?

Does that mean that Liam Mc Cann is the new Fintona manager?

lots of underage success largley due to superior numbers, failure to translate it into senior success !! Thats the pc version

Take the biggest towns in the county. Omagh, Dungannon,Cookstown, Strabane.    i think  the lack of silverware speaks for itself !!

I agree that the big town teams in the county are lacking in silverware, however with the exception of Carrickmore, Errigal and Dromore, how many 'country' teams have an over abundance of silverware at Division 1 senior level in Tyrone over the past 10 years?????

I was very impressed with coaisland anytime I watched them last year. Obviously they have a number of excellent young minors. they have to be one of the favourites for major honours at senior level this year

Thought Mc Hugh's article in today's Irish Star made a lot of sense. Too many players are being burned out too young.  16 year olds shouldn't be playing senior football.
