Was talking to someone this morning who'd be pretty knowledgeable on all things boxing.  Reckons Whyte actually has a valid argument re Fury pushing him after the uppercut.
Obviously isn't knowledgeable at all then.
Whyte was sleeping before the hit the deck.
And Whyte didn't hit his head of the canvas either, no matter how many times he says so

These stats cannot be right?

Indeed.

Is the Fifa Club World Cup not a major trophy? :P ;D 8)
Of course. It's a world title. Super cup should be there too.

Big win! Couldn't beat them tramps enough, their team is full of them. Hopefully that'll be them down now.

Tickets still on general sale for Saturday. Not the expected shortage then that the Corrigan venue was supposed to cause.
So much for the Cavan fans giving it the big un saying they're bringing thousands. Evidently not.

That "fighting" is hilariously bad. For "boxers" to be hugging on the ground then 6 stone 4ft paddy Barnes to go running in trying to swing ;D Embarrassing all round

You're seeded through the championship. The 4 semi finalists for the following year. Not the league.

AontĂș are doing better south of border so far, up to 3%. , ahead of PBP(Brexiteers-AI party btw) and same as greens in latest poll. We have a lot of work to do north due to the battle SF v DUP
Fear other than the abortion stance, where does AontĂș differ from SF regarding policy?

Why does that matter? Other than Westminster how does SF differ from SDLP
Well I thought it would matter quite a lot for a party trying to win voters over from another. I asked you as I was genuinely interested to know, and I thought from your post above you were more than just a voter and an active party member and would be able to tell me of any policy differences.
Regards your point about the SDLP and SF, I would see the SDLP as more light touch with regards to the constitutional question. SDLP ones might argue against that but that's how I see it as a voter. They are probably a bit more torwards the centre on other issues than SF as well.

Apologies if I picked you up wrong usually everything loaded in here.

To use your language we aren't as light as SF on our approach to Britain  . We won't be inviting the commanding officer of the paras for handshakes anytime soon.
We won't be infiltrating every community organization and bleeding them dry through fraud, nepotism and greed.
We won't be protecting sex abusers and shipping boys off to Dubai as security guards, we won't bending our knees at free Derry corner for every woke cause going. We won't be blasting coke flat out. The list is endless

But that's just ethics and culture. On policy we are of course very similar, but nothing wrong with that , I'll take a more ethical , trustworthy version of SF with few tweaks any day of the week
A lot of "we"s in that post. We all knew anyway but at least finally you admit to being a stooper after all.

Sure what do you expect.
How are you expected to pick a decent u20 team when Antrim haven't hosted a proper u20 tournament/league/championship for the past 3 years, when lads are working generally on Saturday trying to earn a few quid. The "u20 championship" has been a shambles the past few years and most games haven't been played and shite teams have ended up winning a tournament that no team ever bothered with and most withdrew from. Ever since it moved from u21 and the Creggan tournament to what it is now it's the best of a bad lot who want to field a team. How are the u20 management expected to pick a decent squad of emerging players from this if this age group haven't played for the guts of three years. Shambles wouldn't even come close to what it is at the minute.

Has there not only been 1 Un20 championship due to covid?
Nah I don't think so. There were fixtures every year for it but the tournament as it was since it moved to u20 has been a shambles and most of the top clubs have half assed it or didn't even field teams. How are management meant to field a decent team when games at this age group aren't even being played. How are you meant to pick a county team when these boys haven't played in three years basically. I'm sure Derry and the likes have got their fixtures in order. Shambles doesn't even come close

Could this all result in Portglenone winning their first ever minor championship in a couple of years?

what do you mean in a couple of years? Casements have never won a minor title.
That's why he said "first ever".

Why is Oisin Farry playing for Fermanagh u-20's?

Who is this lad? Does he play for a Tyrone club?

Down in the programme as being from Trillick.
Coa end of the parish?
Doesn't really matter. You're supposed to play for the county your club plays in.

No, you can declare for another county to be fair to him. If you have a relevant connection.
You're supposed to play for the county your club plays in regardless of what your postcode is. You go by your club. If you don't then it's a loophole I suppose.
The rule book would contradict your understanding.
I never said it can't be done.
The you didn't understand the rule in the first place.
The rule is that you play for the county your club plays in. I understand it quite well.

You can't read then. Read the whole rule.
So I can't read but you then tell me to go and read it again. Good one.
Practice always helps.

I assume you realise now you were wrong.
I wasn't wrong. I was just pointing out your statement which was a bit stupid.

Playing Restrictions (County and Province)
(a) In general, a player may only play for the County of his
Own Club and its Province.
(b) (i) A player who transfers to a Club of a County
other than his First County shall have an option to
play for either his First County and Province, by
declaration, or the County of his Own Club and
Province
Assuming his first club was based in Fermanagh he has the option to choose either as his county team
I was right on the rule so thanks for copying that, and yes pretty much.
Presumably was never involved in Tyrone county set up and just continued whatever link there was to Fermanagh, underage development squads for example. If not then must've been a postcode loophole that Fermanagh were happy to take.
