From the southern tip and KerryMike himself
to J70 at point north
One thing in common for us on here -
Our GAA thoughts pour forth

There are many a man who shed a tear
In laughter or in vain
Loyalties can blind a man,
And irk the external jugular vein

Be it Sligo, Dublin, Galway, Louth,
Roscommon or Westmeath,
There comes a time to stand your ground
With fire and venom breathe.

Many a soul weve lost by now
Dear Sonny with his commas,

But many have stayed to say their piece
Steadfast to the end,
Defending, attacking, a source of fun
Yet may drive you around the bend.

To keep us on our toes.

Armaghniac is one of many
To reach us from the orchard
Yet Armaghstew he stands above
This man often has me tortured!

The elders of the board,
Whilst Benny, Billy, Bordnamona
Will put you to the sword.

The Bottle men carrier and thrower,
Will post without a care

Hardy keeps an eye on things,
And can crush you with his wit

Armagh are well served here,
Homeofhurling keeps us right
Our Hurling man - no peers.

Have posted heavy and kept the faith
Like Redhandfan from the Moy

So this lame ode may irk at times
But its a tribute to our host
That has kept us together through thick and thin
As I write my 2000th post
