Was tricked into seeing the fantastically named Mega Shark Vs Giant Octupus last night. You'd have to wonder who this appeals to.

The fact that Rooney was so poor does not make a him a worse player, rather is a damning indightment on the problems of the English FA, picking a manager with such a poor hold of the English language. Rooney looked disinterested throughout, let alone underperformed, this tournament should not sully what has been a glittering career. He still is United's "golden boy"

Higuain scores the goal and then head butts the camera  :D

it was Heinze. The camera hit him and he turned and thumped the camera !!
He does seem to be a right c**k.
He seemed pretty annoyed that the camera interrupted his headbutt.
Why?

Alot of you seem to have forgotten that she has been visiting Ireland...you know that part of Ireland that SOOOOO many of you in the 26 forget (either by function, complacency or design) exists.  And where are you when she was here?  The silence about your loyalty to your countrymen in the 6 counties is not only deafening, but f**king sickening.  Take the carrot out of your arses and start standing up for you fellow Irishpeople in the north rather than trying to outscore each other with your quasi-policital soundbites.  F U C K I N G cringeworthy.

This is our island, our nation as much as yours.
Our island in heart, if not in legislation. The Queen can do what she likes up "there"

QuoteWhat are yous arguing about? They're all shit.

I wasn't arguing.  Carmen singled out WR, while I pointed out that the whole team led by Captain Comedy were a joke.

Check again mate.

Correct, it was Longrunsthefox posing as Carmen.

QuoteEven as a United fan ,nobody can deny that Rooney has had a very poor World Cup.To think that people were mentioning him last season in the same breath as Messi is laughable i'm afraid.

Yes he had a crap WC and I wouldn't have compared him to Messi since they are completely different players.   That said Messi hasn't lived up to his billing in this WC either.
Ah here Messi's been one of the stars of the competition to be perfectly honest, if it wasn't for Vincent Enyeama he would have had a hat-trick and a MOM performance, his general play has been mesmerising.

Wicklow really would make you cry sometimes...

Very close to crying at Cavan's first half performance! Luckily I always knew they could pull it out of the fire  :P
Ah yeah but I think Micko had already arranged for the champagne in his apartment at that stage, but dear Jaysus that second half performance would have made Mr T cry. Fair play to Cavan and all but 13 man? Ah here.

Disappointed South Korea lost I liked the look of them, Uruguay definite dark horses now if Forlan gets back to full fitness they will be intricately hard to beat. Perez is some man for the fouling though!

Even taking into account the disastrous misfortunes we have encountered, this tour was an unmitigated disaster.
O'Driscoll was mysteriously human today and the losses of major players really showed against a depleted New Zealand "team" and a poor Australia outfit.

The successes of 2009 are well and truly over.
